Stonewall Computer Repair (Stonewall, Manitoba)
We collect only what we need to repair your device: your name, phone number, email address, service address, your device details, and what you tell us about the problem. This comes from your calls, texts, emails, and the work we do.
We use it only to provide and follow up on your repair, send quotes, invoices and receipts, and contact you about your service. We do not sell or share it for marketing.
Our assistant, Sam, helps answer calls, texts and emails. To do that, messages are processed by our service providers (OpenAI for the assistant, Twilio for calls and texts, Google for email, Square for card payments) only as needed to handle your request. Records are kept on our own secured server, with encrypted backups.
Sam's access to our Gmail account is used only to read and reply to customer emails sent to us, and to send our own service messages. Google user data is not used for advertising and is not transferred to anyone except as needed to provide this service.
To see, correct or delete your information, call (431) 302-3023 or email [email protected].
